This hotel is a hidden gem with its prime location right in front of Yubatake natural hot spring park. The basic amenities and rooms with only a toilet offer a cozy and authentic experience. The open-air bath adds an extra touch of relaxation. Moreover, the staff's attention to detail in everything else is commendable.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was in the perfect location with a beautiful view and easy access to transportation. the rooms were well designed and super clean. the staff was friendly and provided us with everything we needed. the included basic breakfast was a nice touch and we enjoyed using the cozy onsen bathtub with a high ceiling.
Our room had a window that was not frosted and provided little privacy. the sliding door between the foot bath cafe and outside was not automatic and many guests left it open, letting in cold air.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel/ryokan that was perfectly situated near the heart of the hot spring area. the location offered easy access to many of the top attractions, including a natural hot spring park and a foot onsen, both just steps away. the room was spacious and comfortable, with private onsen access and cozy socks and yukata provided. the complimentary breakfast was basic but tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing for the price.

The foot bath in the entrance was inviting, and the towels smelled fresh and clean. The hotel’s central location made it easy to navigate the town with many shops and restaurants close by. Being able to soak in the public hot spring was a great relaxation.
The staff seemed uninterested and didn't give the guests a warm welcoming. Communication was almost void because of language barriers, making it hard to get information. The breakfast was boring and unappetizing. Would not recommend it to business travelers as it was expensive and more geared towards vacationers who want to lounge around in hot springs all day.
